Requirements

• Project leadership & steering: Operative and functional management of OEM/OES projects, responsibility for meeting KPIs (profitability, quality, time) and ensuring production preparation
• Resource & budget management: Definition, securing and steering of project resources and budgets, including budgets for sub-projects
• Customer & stakeholder management: Active communication and maintenance of customer relationships, coordination of project changes and reporting to relevant committees
• Quality & risk management: Consistent application of the 'Design to Cost' method, solution of project problems through targeted escalation and ensuring compliance with Valeo standards
• Team leadership: Functional responsibility for project team members, setting goals and promoting their development
