Valeo is a tech global company designing breakthrough solutions to reinvent mobility. The Site HR Support will manage VISA & Work Permit Management, Administrative support, Employee Relations, Well being actions, and HR Project.
Requirements
- Prepare documents to support legal agency for work permit, visa extension, stay longer than 90 days for foreigner employees
- Administer and oversee VISA and Work Permit applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations under BOI and non-BOI schemes
- Maintain accurate database of expatriate VISA and Work Permit records, including expiry tracking
- Act as main liaison with Immigration Bureau, Labour Department, BOI, and other relevant authorities
- Provide support with accommodation, relocation, and travel logistics for expatriates
- Coordinate with embassies/consulates and external agencies for travel-related documentation
- Prepare and maintain all records, files, and reports related to VISA and Work Permits
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for immigration processes
- Provide regular status updates and reports to HR Manager and management
- Supports employees' arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
- Transfers information & documents to the related structure (internal, or external) when required
- Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics (ie: all certificates...)
- Declares & follows up work accidents
- Collect data, documentation, and relevant information in cases involving employee complaints or disciplinary actions to support management decision-making
- Support the revision and improvement of company rules and regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws and government mandates
- Provide consultation and organize labor relations initiatives that enhance mutual understanding between employees and the company
- Prepare communication materials and manage channels and venues for welfare and labor relations activities
- Participates to the Well being improvement plan
- Organizes and facilitates the working groups to develop the communication between actors of Valeo to share best practices and improve the working conditions
- Participates to the deployment and to the analyses of the feedback in regards with Quality of Life at Work with HRBPs (surveys, etc...)
- Participates to the creation of the Quality of Life at Work action plan and its deployment
- Proposes and facilitates specific actions
