System Engineer

Join Valeo and lead tech innovation for autonomous vehicles! As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will support the development, validation and industrialization of electric/hybrid vehicle e-drive systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering fields
• Very good command of English
• +5 years of experience in automotive industry for product development
• No travel restrictions
• Strong understanding of electric machine and inverter fundamentals
• Solid background in power electronics and motor drive systems
• Experience with system validation and verification methodologies
• Familiarity with automotive embedded software validation workflows
• Practical experience with ECU flashing, calibration and diagnostics
• Knowledge of test environments: bench, lab and production
• Good understanding of system integration and functional behavior
• Good understanding of vehicle communication networks (CAN or LIN protocols)
