Requirements

• Apply safety rules with immediate reaction in case of detected danger situation.
• Ensure that all safety devices of machines are functioning before their restart after maintenance intervention.
• Propose preventive maintenance improvements to reduce reliability problems.
• Solve maintenance problems in case of machine or any other installation failure.
• Report deviations found after observation of machine during corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation in perfect order, cleanliness, and updating.
• Check parts before assembly to ensure technical compliance.
• Report deviations found in spare parts storage.
• Participate in the area line.
• Participate with subcontractors during specific maintenance.
• Participate in maintenance meetings and in the Inter-Area Process Meeting.
• Intervene in maintenance 5S and respect 5S in preventive maintenance.
• Communicate any permanent or transitory state that impairs your capacity to develop assigned tasks or take decisions with the required safety level.
