Testing / Validation Technician

Requirements

• Planning and preparation of tests, determination of the scope of testing, and creation of orders for tests
• Ordering test samples and mockups
• Measuring properties of parts
• Installation and documentation of tests (in the laboratory or in test vehicles), setting up and putting them into operation
• Analysis of parts after testing, including parts from real operation
• Evaluation of results, conclusions from tests, identification of weak points in design, search for solutions to problems
• Preparation of reports, mainly in a foreign language (knowledge of PC, MS Office)
• Calling and ensuring the necessary changes to tested parts in agreement with the contractor
• Communication with internal and external customers or suppliers
• Assembly and testing at the customer or supplier, including foreign countries
• Assessing competing and claimed parts, preparing reports for the contractor, or customer
• Warehouse maintenance and disposal of parts in accordance with environmental protection laws
