VIE Finance Controller

Join our team as a VIE Finance Controller and contribute to the development of greener mobility. As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for managing monthly closings, forecasts, budgets, and MTP within tight deadlines. You will consolidate financial data from multiple sites/business units with accuracy, analyze variances between actuals, budget, and prior year performance, and monitor profitability and industrial KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in Finance, ideally in controlling
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
• Strong communication skills and open to different cultures and ways of working
• Humble, professional, positive, and strong sense of diplomacy
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Highly proficient in Excel; SAP or other ERP knowledge is a plus
