Requirements
- Understand software requirements and customer tickets, supporting internal ticket creation, management, and resolution
- Assist the software project team in process execution, policies, and ticket implementation
- Ensure compliance with customer tickets, implementation timelines, and testing closure
- Remove roadblocks in ticket management, methods, and technical support
- Drive issue resolution from assessments and reviews
- Lead process improvements to enhance ticket management capability
- Contribute to software quality assurance and customer quality communication
- Analyze, allocate, and maintain software requirements while ensuring feasibility
- Set up and configure the test environment and automation framework
- Define, review, and execute test cases, ensuring requirement coverage
- Prepare and participate in software integration test reviews and resolve findings
