Valerie Health is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and scale the talent function at the company. The role involves strategic and hands-on talent acquisition, executive and strategic hiring, talent strategy, recruiting leadership, talent branding, recruiting operations, candidate experience, and more.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of recruiting and talent experience across high-growth startups, talent-dense technology companies, and/or top-tier search firms
• Experience hiring senior technical and business leaders
• Ability to operate comfortably at both the strategic and execution levels
• Strong calibration and high standards
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to move quickly, operate with intensity, and take ownership end-to-end
