Job Description
Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance who is responsible for assisting the maintenance supervisor and maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA (refrigerant, transition, and recovery certification).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance.
- Ability to work some weekends as needed.
