Maintenance Asst

We are hiring a Maintenance Assistant to be part of our team, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable facility environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating boilers, compressors, and mechanical systems, and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
• Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices
• Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
• Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation
• Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets
