Job Description
We are now hiring a Maintenance Assistant to be the newest member of our awesome team! Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality care that focuses on the unique needs of our residents and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
- Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices
- Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
