Community Manager - Austin, TX

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of an apartment community. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of property management experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to apply logical thinking principles to define problems and initiate appropriate courses of action.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience
• Ability to apply logical thinking principles to define problems and initiate appropriate courses of action
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Achieve Fair Housing certification before interaction with prospects or residents
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite, and community software applications
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner throughout the workday and/or whenever present in the community
