Job Description
Valiantys is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to deliver technical projects, administer and configure the Atlassian suite, and formulate recommendations and technical solutions to address client needs and technical challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3–6 years) in ITSM, Agile, or digital transformation consulting.
- Strong proven experience (3–6 years) knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, BitBucket; Jira Align a plus).
- Ability to connect technology features with business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience producing solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and delivery roadmaps.
- Familiarity with integrations, automation, and reporting ecosystems around Atlassian tools.
- Experience in migrations of Atlassian applications.
