Requirements

• Perform detailed analytical work to drive advice
• Lead preparation of 'going to market' documentation
• Contribute to project management of transactions
• Support clients in negotiating documentation
• Develop and maintain deep relationships with fund finance community
• Maintain knowledge of fund finance industry and products
• Support team in developing processes and efficiency tools
