Job Description
Valinor is building a new kind of credit institution that combines the rigor of a financial firm with the speed and ambition of a technology company. We are hiring a Chief of Staff to support the founders and help design and maintain the internal operating infrastructure.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in product, investment banking, consulting, startup operations, or a prior chief of staff role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take on undefined problems
