Clinical Supervisor - BCBA | Pingree Center

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision, orientation, and training to a team of RBTs, ensures quality of care with evidence-based practices, and supports operational and fiscal objectives. Compensation includes tenure-based service increases and performance bonuses, as well as on-demand pay, paid time off, and health and insurance benefits. The Clinical Supervisor is a fully BCBA licensed clinician who oversees the delivery of quality care and adherence to accreditation, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, behavior analysis, or related field
• Two years of behavioral health experience with full license
• Active BCBA license in state of practice
• Valley-provided certification
