Job Description
The Shift Lead supports unit leadership with the supervision of work activities during assigned shifts on a residential or housing unit. The Shift Lead ensures that employees have the resources and support to perform their jobs successfully.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months Certified Case Manager experience and/or six months of behavioral health experience
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Case Manager certification
- Current Utah Driver’s license (if applicable)
