SUDC | Valley Phoenix

The Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) works with clients individually and in group settings and teaches skills on behavior modification with the goal of full recovery. The SUDC manages caseload, teaches groups and individual sessions, collaborates with a team of mental health professionals, and mentors clients in an intensive residential treatment program for substance abuse and mental health disorders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work
• SUDC license in state of practice
• CPR certification
• Valley de-escalation certification
