Seeking a highly motivated Academic, College, and Career Advisor to develop and implement a comprehensive career exploration program for high school students, and to work effectively with parents, faculty, students, administration, and professionals to maximize college readiness outcomes.
Requirements
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is a consistent testimony to others
- Agree to uphold Valley Christian’s Mission & Beliefs
- Faithfully attend and financially support a local church whose beliefs are in agreement with our school’s Mission & Beliefs.
- Must have and maintain a valid level one IVP fingerprint card
- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
- Ability to multi-task with organization without direct supervision
- Must have strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and appropriate relationships with outside vendors and businesses.
