Players Club - Players Club and Promotions Representative

The Players Club - Players Club and Promotions Representative is responsible for promoting the success of the Players Club, Promotions and Special Events by assisting guests through the membership process, explaining the benefits of membership and providing excellent guest service and support to the casino floor. This position requires a positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work within a team-centered work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Must possess and demonstrate a willingness to learn and have the ability to follow instructions and directions.
• Ability to work within a team-centered work environment.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Neat penmanship
• Ability to speak and understand the English language.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions, and policies and procedure manuals written in the English language.
