Associate Design Drafter

We are looking for an Associate Design Drafter to join our Global Utility division. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 1+ years of related work or educational experience. Key responsibilities include interpreting customer order information, processing orders into production and customer submittal drawings, and communicating with customers to resolve specification questions.

Requirements

• High School diploma and 1+ years of related work or educational experience
• Technical skills in computer-aided drafting and basic mathematical knowledge (algebra, geometry, trigonometry)
• Experience with 3D modeling techniques
• Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, design constraints, and product requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to identify and report inconsistent, conflicting, or missing customer information
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
