The Regional Quality Manager is responsible for providing Quality Assurance guidance and support to manufacturing locations, evaluating quality metrics, and implementing solutions. The role involves indirect supervision, travel to different concrete plants, and participation in audits and contract reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a production or Quality Assurance role in a fabrication environment
- Experience in the concrete industry
- Familiarity with QC concrete testing methods and NDT methods
- Ability to interpret production drawings and internal and external specifications
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Six Sigma Green Belt
