Valmont is seeking a Developmental Operations Manager to lead a galvanizing facility and manage production operations, safety, quality, and shipping. The role involves intense training, lean implementation, and travel to support the growth and expansion of the business.

Requirements

• Manage plant resources to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Oversee production operations and receive training in industrial troubleshooting and accounting
• Assist in identifying operations best practices and performing lean audits
• Travel to assist and learn from high-level project management experiences
