Fabricator 1

Valmont is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for a Fabricator and Machine Operator position at our Salem, Oregon site. The role requires processing material in accordance with shop drawings using fabrication machines and tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to read a tape measure to within 1/32"
• Must be able to read shop drawings
• Must be self-motivated and a fast learner
• Demonstrated strengths in interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt and professionally communicate with a variety of people
