Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years human resources experience or Associates degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; or 10+ years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with hands-on experience addressing compliance issues and non-conformities
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with the ability to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate employee data
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive and personal information
