We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage our independent sales representatives in the Western United States. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in sales management and be able to travel up to 50% domestically.
Requirements
- Ability to travel, primarily domestically, up to 50%
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability goals
- Develop a contracted sales rep organization in the Regional Manager's assigned area
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned region
- Lead proposal process – Customer Segmentation, Stakeholder Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and develops account strategy based on account position
