Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a R.Ph or Pharm.D degree
- Completion of PGY-1 residency
- Certification by applicable professional organization
- Minimum one-year non-retail clinical experience as a pharmacist within the last 4 years in a related primary care or ambulatory care setting
- Must be credentialed and remain in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration
- Current certification in Basic Life Support and ACLS as specified by individual VAMC contract
- Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement (DEA) registration
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills
- Energetic and optimistic demeanor
- Strong service mentality and a focus on achieving all aspects of defined service standards
