Valor Healthcare is a veteran- and physician-led provider of healthcare services seeking a Human Resources Specialist to collaborate with the HR team and organizational leadership on employee relations, compliance, and policy guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of progressive human resources and employee relations experience in a multi-site organization
- Knowledge of HR laws including, but not limited to, FLSA, FMLA, EEO-1, ADA, Affirmative Action, etc.
- Proficient with technology solutions such as MS Office Suite, HRIS, ATS
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel in support of all job duties and responsibilities as needed
