Job Description
Our company is looking for a skilled HIU Engineer to oversee the commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) in high-end residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HIU and FCU systems
- Strong plumbing and heating expertise
- Relevant technical certifications in plumbing, heating, or HVAC systems
- Full UK driving licence
- CIS registered with UTR and NIN numbers
- Proficient in English for written reports and client interactions
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and maintenance standards
