Marketing Operations Manager

Valorx is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the marketing technology layer end-to-end, configure, connect, automate, measure, and improve it continuously. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Zapier, and is a systems thinker who can troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo
• Worked inside Salesforce CRM as a power user
• Built automations in Zapier (or similar tools) to connect marketing systems
• Understanding of the full B2B marketing funnel from anonymous visitor to closed-won opportunity
• Self-directed and can manage priorities without constant supervision
• Document what you build so others can understand and maintain it
