Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality engineering efforts across our products, defining the QA vision, building and owning the automation strategy, and mentoring a growing QA team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with significant focus on test automation.
- Proven experience leading and managing QA teams.
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript-based ecosystems (JavaScript, React, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform testing and ecosystem.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman (or similar).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
