Job Description
VALPEO is looking for a Managing Director who can integrate growth, transformation, and structure to steer the organization towards a sustainable cash flow development in a growing, capital-intensive business.
Requirements
- At least 12 to 15 years of senior leadership experience at director level
- Proven impact in scale growth and value creation
- Demonstrable responsibility for commercial strategy and financial performance
- Experience in an asset-intensive B2B context or experience in complex supply chain logistics
- Experience with digital transformation, ERP implementation, and process re-design
