Analyste M&A Fusions & Acquisitions | M&A Analyst (Montreal, Quebec)

We are seeking a highly driven M&A Analyst to join our Corporate Development team, responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence initiatives, and supporting post-acquisition integration efforts.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with financial statement analysis and due diligence processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity and curiosity around leveraging emerging AI technologies
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
