Job Description
Anju Software is seeking an Internal AI Automation Lead to identify, design, and deploy workflow automations across the business with agentic AI, eliminating internal friction, reducing manual work, and increasing operating leverage.
Requirements
- 2+ years in software engineering, automation engineering, or technical operations
- Demonstrated ability to independently ship working automation projects
- Demonstrated ability to ship working agentic AI projects
- Experience building with LLM APIs and modern AI tooling
- Comfortable working across APIs and integrating disparate systems
- Strong understanding of data security and responsible AI use
