IT & Infrastructure Architec

TAG Software Group is seeking an experienced IT & Infrastructure Architect to join their global technology team. The role involves overseeing infrastructure, cloud operations, security, and systems administration across multiple companies within their portfolio.

Requirements

• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of practical experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with strong Azure expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) strongly preferred
• Advanced Linux administration and Bash scripting skills used in production
• Deep knowledge of VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies
• Strong L2/L3 networking knowledge including firewalls (NGFW), VPNs, and routing (BGP/OSPF)
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Solid database administration experience: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
• Experience managing monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana)
• Proven troubleshooting and incident management skills focused on uptime and reliability
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Strong understanding of cloud security, data protection, backup, and patching processes
• Working knowledge of ITIL operations and compliance with ISO, SOC 2, and GDPR frameworks
• Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives in SaaS or software environments
