Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of driving operational excellence, organic growth and profitability, while fostering collaboration across teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in management consulting and/or experience in a technology or software business
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or any other relevant field
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) (a strong asset)
• Relevant experience as a business operations leader with a commercial, customer centric and continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: sales (customer acquisition, market penetration), customer service (support and professional services), product development (research and development) (an asset)
• Financial acumen (P&L management, budget, forecast)
• People-centric leader with experience successfully building, leading, developing, and mentoring a high performing team
• Experience mobilizing people toward a common goal
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results
