Facilities Project Manager

Facilities Project Manager role with 12-month Fixed-Term Contract to lead delivery and governance of diverse facilities and real estate projects across the Village. Experience in construction, engineering, surveying, or project management required. Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in budget management, stakeholder management, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, surveying, or project management.
• Proven experience delivering multiple construction or facilities projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, statutory approvals, and health & safety legislation.
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets, CapEx, and cost control across the full project lifecycle.
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to lead consultants and contractors effectively.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting sustainability and ESG-related project outcomes.
