CNC Lathe/Mill Machinist - 1st or 2nd Shift

The CNC Lathe/Mill Machinist role requires set-up and operation of CNC mills and/or lathes to produce parts, perform maintenance, and ensure quality control. The position necessitates reading blueprints, using machine tools, and working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Requirements

• 2 + years of experience operating Mills and/or Lathes.
• 2 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and use machine shop tools.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
