Job Description
Valuestream Business Solutions (VBS) is seeking a Process Trainer-BPO to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining training documents, providing training needs analysis, and monitoring performance towards key metrics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer in the BPO/ITES industry, a graduation or post-graduation qualification, and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
