Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- 2+ years of experience selling VDRs, due diligence platforms, or M&A workflow software
- Existing network in the M&A advisor, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development communities
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to navigate long, structured sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust in high-stakes environments
