Senior Paralegal - Employment Law & Litigation

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a Senior Paralegal to provide advanced legal and operational support to the Employment Law and Litigation function. The role will partner closely with Senior Counsel to manage civil litigation and employment-related legal matters, supporting employee relations, litigation, and insured claim activities across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field
• Typically 6–10 years of paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of employment law processes and documentation
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with legal matter management
