Shipping Coordinator

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to process customer orders, coordinate outbound shipments, and ensure delivery accuracy. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics and plant teams to support on-time fulfillment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced distribution environment
