Founders Associate Operations (m/w/d)

Drive strategic development of operations area forward, implement high-priority projects, and contribute to company success. Analyze, design, and implement measures to optimize and scale operations processes and structures.

Requirements

• Top degree from a reputable university with outstanding grades
• At least two years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, or venture capital
• Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, high initiative, and ability to prepare complex matters precisely
• Secure English and German language skills (C1 level)
• Experience or knowledge in the renewable energy sector or comparable operational structures is a plus
