Job Description
van den Boom & Associates is seeking a highly organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to support their internal accounting function.
Requirements
- Assists in financial activities such as accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Monitors accounting inbox and appropriately actions and/or follows up on emails
- Processes credit card transactions and expense reports
- Assists with compliance items including but not limited to: expanded withholding tax, value added tax, BIR forms 0619E, 1601EQ, 1604E, 2550Q VAT
- Assists with special accounting projects as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
