The position is part of our Front Office, the central and welcoming point of contact for our guests. As a Front Office Employee, you are the ambassador of the hotel. Your responsibilities include making hotel reservations, checking in and out of guests, and providing them with necessary information for their stay.
Requirements
- Flexible - variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Representative - having a pleasant, representative, and professional demeanor. You have good communication skills and know how to give our guests a warm welcome.
- Has experience working as a Front Office Employee, Receptionist, or in a similar tourism-related position.
- Has knowledge and proficiency in one or more foreign languages, such as English, German, or French.
