Job Description
Prepare and ensure the smooth running of parties and events; receive and care for guests; set up rooms and direct colleagues; ensure everything is carried out as requested.
Requirements
- You are responsible for preparing and ensuring the smooth running of parties and events;
- You receive and care for our (meeting) guests, from arrival to departure;
- You ensure that the rooms are set up with all the necessary items and direct your colleagues to do so;
- You check if everything is carried out as requested.
- You are the point of contact for technical support for meetings;
- You are responsible for a part of the management of the inventory;
- You help with bringing in (and preparing/ pouring) drinks.
