Nachtreceptionist

As a friendly night receptionist, you are the point of contact for our guests at night and ensure the safety of the hotel. You will work in a professional work environment at Van der Valk Hotel Tiel.

Requirements

• Experience as a hotel/night receptionist is a requirement
• Experience with Amadeus/APMA is an asset
• MBO work and thinking level
• Ability to work with checklists
• Enthusiasm and guest-orientation
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Representative and independent
• Proactive and able to take the initiative
• Fluency in English and Dutch as a must, and some German as a plus
