Job Description
We are seeking a Wellness Manager to lead our wellness team and create an unforgettable wellness experience for our guests. The role involves ensuring a fantastic guest experience, leading the team, and implementing new treatments and wellness concepts.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and motivate the wellness team.
- Ensure a fantastic guest experience and high service standards.
- Prepare and monitor rosters, budgets, and procedures.
- Implement new treatments, products, and wellness concepts.
- Report to the General Manager and work together with other departments in the hotel.
- Manage CRM systems and use them to their full potential.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct marketing activities in collaboration with the Hotel Marketeer.
- Manage the purchase of products for the City Spa and the pool.
