Job Description
The Leading Cook role at Van der Valk involves leadership tasks in addition to executing work in the kitchen, such as preparing meals. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring the execution of work, preparing budgets, and monitoring allocated budgets. You will work closely with other cooks and be responsible for drawing up menu cards, menu planning, and executing corresponding calculations.
