Production Supervisor, Nights

The Van Drunen Family of Companies is growing! We're seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production activities on the 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED required, with a four-year degree preferred
• Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing and automation experience a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
